In Friday’s guest post, I introduced you to my new blogger friend who happens to also be a youth pastor’s wife.  She wrote Friday’s compelling post about the season of life she is walking through.  I told her I would be happy to return the favor and write for her.  She came back to me with a topic in mind I had to really work through.  She asked me to write about why I am a Christian.

I have written on several theological topics since I started this blog.  I’ve told stories and recounted moments with God but I’ve never written on the fundamental reason I am a Christian.
